Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the websites located at www.accentprotraining.com, www.accentpro.thinkific.com, www.howtosoundfluent.com, www.soundnativeenglish.com, and www.courses.accentprotraining.com (“the Sites"), operated or with content owned by Accent Pro™ Institute Inc. ("us", "we", "Accent Pro™", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Sites and any services, courses, or content provided on or through the Sites.

By accessing or using the Sites in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Sites, enrolling in any courses offered through the Sites, or contributing content or other materials to the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Service Termination/Closure

Accent Pro™ reserves the right to discontinue any course or service offered on the Sites at any time, with or without notice to users. In the event that Accent Pro™ chooses to discontinue a course or service, Accent Pro™ is not obligated to provide refunds, compensation, or any form of notice to current or prospective users. Upon discontinuation, all access to the affected course or service will be terminated immediately, and Accent Pro™ shall be released from all liabilities and claims related to the discontinued service.

Intellectual Property

The Sites and their original content, features, and functionality are exclusively owned by Accent Pro™ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Sites, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites

Our Sites may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by Accent Pro™. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

Disclaimers

The Sites and Materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Sites and are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Sites.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Accent Pro™, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Sites; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Sites; (iii) any content obtained from the Sites; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Sites.
