(“us”, “we”, “Accent Pro™”, or “our”). Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
When accessing the Sites, we will learn certain information about you during your visit.
Similar to other commercial websites, our Sites utilize a standard technology called ‘cookies’ (see explanation below) and server logs to collect information about how our Sites are used. Our Sites provide users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us at anytime.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?

Accent Pro™ may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our Sites, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
For the Sites’ security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Accent Pro™ may use software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Sites indicates complete agreement and compliance with our disclaimers and limitation of liability at our Terms and Conditions page. It also indicates you have read the entire Terms and Conditions page.
Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of BC, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Privacy Policy by posting the updated terms on the Sites without informing you. Your continued use of the Sites after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
